Chalked Card

Good afternoon all. Here is a card I did again using elements out the the Craft Work Cards goody bag as previously mentioned. I used shimmery pastel chalks to colour the border, add some green pearl card, a flower and gem. Very simple but fresh.

Distressed Card

Good afternoon all.
Here is my card for the challenge at my local class. The theme this week was 'Distressed'. The stamped images are made up from different stamps from Whiff of Joy
Coloured with a mixture of Whisper pens watered down and cosmic shimmers. The black card stock is Core'dinations Black Magic Potion No:9. I screwed it up then used sanding block to reveal the coloured core. Mulberry paper was dampened round the edges then torn. Then just added some ribbon and buttons form stash.

Guest DT on Charisma Cardz

Good afternoon all. I was lucky enough to be picked to be a guest designer on Charisma Cardz
this week. The theme is Pink and Brown and you can enter up until Wednesday the 10th June 8pm. I used products from the Chocolate themed goody bag from Craft Work Cards
They truly are scrummy but non fattening!!

The weather has turned wet today so off to do some cards.

Birthday Card

Hi all hope your enjoying your bank holiday weekend! I thought it was about time I started blogging again!
So here is a card!
It is a Penny Black Stamp called Well-Wishers, Coloured in with whisper pens that have been watered down and painted on. Also used some shimmery watercolours. I then matted and layered the image. Paper is from stash.

40th Anniversary Card

Evening all. I have felt really awful all day with a terrible headache. However I had to get this card done. I have used the Forever Friends decoupage 'With Love' kit. Ribbon is from stash. The sentiment has been done on the computer then matted onto red card.

Hello

Well i have not been on here for nearly 2 weeks !! I have not felt very well, then had to spend time away for work!
However am back now and keen to get some cards made, so watch this space!!
The weather here in Derbyshire is sunny and bright and makes your heart sing when it is like this. I am loving seeing all the new born lambs gamboling in the fields.

Sizzix Dies

Well I am a silly billy. I got some bargain dies in the Ellison sale and have just tried to cut with 1 of them but it does not fit in my old Sizzix as it is too big. So now I will have to buy the new Big Shot!!! Oh well every cloud has a silver lining lol:)

Afternoon all from a very snowy Derbyshire. This is a card I made for my little next door neighbour. The paper is from Dovecraft 'Birthday' pack. The image was coloured using sparkly watercolours, the number 3 is a peel off which has been coloured with permanent marker. The little tag is from a sheet of words from The Range, held in place with a little pink ribbon. I hope you like it?
